30 Days Return Warranty

We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Return Warranty. Defective merchandises are subject to refund within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product with the actual product you have received.

If you had any problem after receiving your item, please send email to our customer service: support@roaso.zendesk.com

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process

      1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.

      2. Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.

      3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.

II. Return Policy 

  1. You can return items within 30 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
  2. The product you want to send back should not be worn out and the label should be attached.
  3. We are responsible for all the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
  4. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
  1. We can allow the return once we have received all information in point.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
  2. No exchange or return on promotional items.

III.Exchange& Refund

You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a full or partial refund  once we have received your returned items .

The refund will be sent to your shopping Paypal account, you will receive it within 48 hours.

.Shipping Fee

Roaso is not liable for shipping fee under the following:

Size doesn't fit.

Customer ‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
