FAQ:
1. Why my tracking number is invalid?
Please don't be worried. If there is a tracking number, it means that the parcel has been shipped out.The parcel is sent from our warehouse first. Then parcels will arrive in the shipping company's processing center by plane. Then each shipping company will pick up parcels from airport. Once they have scanned those parcels, the website will update the tracking number. It may take 3-7 days to see any activity once it has shipped out from our end.Please allow some time for the courier to update the latest tracking info after reaching next station.

2.Why is my order number not updated for a long time?
Thanks for shopping from Roaso.com. We already sent your package out, please don’t worry.
Due to recent international logistics issue, tracking information can only update once it arrives in your destination country.

Flat rate shipping often takes 10-20 BUSINESS DAYS. Also because of the current Convid-19 outbreaks, all packages may encounter a 7-10-days delay.

3.Why did the order number just create a Fedex label, but when I ask for the Fedex, they said that the seller did not ship?
Currently, package is in transit and hasn't arrived in your country. As soon as it arrived in your country, your local branch of Fedex would record it online and tracking information would also be updated.

4.Why I didn't receive all my items, I missing some items in my order?
If you have some missing items, please don't worry, your order may be divieded into two or more packages, We will do partial shipping for your order in the following conditions:
a.Hot-sale items need additional preparation time.
b.Weight limit of customs or courier.

5.Can I get a refund if my order doesn't arrive on time?
If package arrived too late for you, we still recommend you to accept package and open it to check whether you like the products, we can offer you a coupon as a gift.

6.What is Insurance?
Insurance covers accidental damage and/or missing item(s) during the shipment process. Due to the nature of international shipping, damage and/or missing items during transit cannot always be entirely avoided or predicted. Should such a situation occur, and provided you have paid for insurance during the order checkout, we may contact the shipping company directly on your behalf to claim financial compensation.

Return Process

Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

1. If your item is qualifed to be returned, please email us in our Support Center stating your:

• Order number

• SKU number or product name

• Reason for return

2. Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours.

3. Please return the item to the return address we provided and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.

4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange refund or exchange as requested immediately.

 

Important Notice
1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address that our customer service provide to you.
2. Please make sure you don't include non-Roaso.com items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
3. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Return address and refunds
1. You will need to send your returning products to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain return address. Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address.

2. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account that you used to pay for the order. Please be noted that the original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable.

 

Return Policy

Before Shipping
Customers are allowed to make the following changes to their orders before the order is shipped out:
1. Change the shipping address
2. Change the size/color of the product

Out of Stock
We are commited to ship your items within the promised time. If any item is out of stock, we would issue a refund for that item and notify customers in time. The refund would be issued back to customer's payment account within 48 hours.

After Shipping
1. Customers are not allowed to make any changes to their orders after we have shipped out the order.
2. In case of a failed delivery due to reasons caused by the customer(such as wrong address, consignee unvaiblable, customers refuse to accept package, didn't collect package by deadline, ect), we will refund the items price only or the shipping fee will be charged for re-delivery.
3. In case of a failed delivery due to circumstances not caused by the customer, the refundable amount will be based on the following two cases:
A: If the customer purchased shipping insurance, we will refund the items amount and the original shipping cost.
B: If the customer did not purchase shipping insurance, we will refund the items amount only.
4. There will be No refund if the logistics show that the package was delivered.

After Delivery
1. Customer can apply for a return or exchange of the products within 30 days from the day of receipt. Kindly note that we do not support return or exchange applied after 30 days.
2. We do not support return or exchange of products purchased on Flash Sale, Free Gift, Swimsuits and Clearance items.
3. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Refunds
Refund is made to the same account used by the customer to pay for the order.
1. Refund made through PayPal will show up on your Paypal account within 48 hours after processing.
2. For purchases made with your credit/debit card, the refund can take 7-14 working days to show up on your credit/debit card.
