We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a 7 calendar days return policy after you received the item (which is shown by the delivery information).
If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through e-mail: support@roaso.zendesk.com within 7 calendar days after receiving your order (which is shown by the delivery information). We will do our best to support your request.

To guarantee a fast and smooth warranty process
1. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
2. Once we have received your complaint emails in our customer service's inbox, we will reply you in 24 hours.
3. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is available only! Any return will be valid when it is accepted by our customer service center.
4. If you do not provide sufficient information expecailly return tracking number, we have the right to reject your request for return. Thank you for your understanding and we deeply appreciate your cooperation.
II. Return Policy
- You can return items within 7 days after delivery. We have a friendly customer service, we are always here to serve you. All you need is to contact us, and describe the problem or the return reason along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should not be worn out and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- No exchange or return on promotional items.
III.Exchange & Refund
You are guaranteed of returning the item(s) and obtaining a full or partial refund once we have received your returned items .
The refund will be sent to your shopping Paypal account, you will receive it within 48 hours.

Roaso is not liable for shipping fee under the following:
Size doesn't fit.
Customer ‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
