              Return Warranty
              We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control system. If you have any problems about the item you purchased, please contact our customer service department through email: marketing@roaso.com. All returned items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date (which is shown by the delivery information). Please note that we don’t accept return after 30 day time frame.


              RETURN PROCESS

              1. To apply for a case of return or exchange, please email to our customer service and include: order number, the question you want to solve together with picture of product if necessary. Without sufficient information, we may not able to process the return. (Please DO NOT return to the address on the package you received, that isn't our return address.)
              2. You will then receive an email with shipping label or our returning address which you will use it to ship back the items within 24 hours in business day and 48 hours in non-business days after receiving the emails.
              3. All returned items should be in original conditions.
              4. Refunds will be processed and reimbursed to your original account -- credit card or PayPal the first time we receive your return package. It may take 5-7 business days to return to your account.

              *NOTICE

              1. Original shipping charges are not refunded when the order has been returned.
              2. If you are not using our shipping label, please use Postal Service to return package back, do not choose FedEx or DHL Tracking number of your return package is Required to complete the return. Please tell us the tracking number of return package the first time you have it. We CAN NOT process refund if we don't have it. Please do not return your products directly to the address on the package that you have received. The return address that provided by our customer service is valid only! And we are not responsible for the loss due to the wrong address.
              3. All returned items should be unwashed and unworn with original tags and hygiene linner attached. We do not accept the returned item that was worn, torn, snagged, stained or altered in any way, they must be in original condition when being returned.Please try on Roaso swim items over your underwear without removing the hygiene liner.
              4. The following items cannot be returned: items in Flash Sale,Nubra and Intimates.
               
               
              Do I Need To Pay The SHIPPING FREE?

              Please pack your items in the original package. Choose a mail carrier (e.g., the Post Office) and send it to the address that our customer service sent you. Return shipping is at your own cost.

              For both of the above, you can exchange your item if the size is not suitable, the color is not your favorite or other personal reasons. But the shipping fee of this exchange including your delivery and our delivery is your responsibility.
